History:

Having been an Executive Recruiter prior to entering the Mortgage Loan/Real Estate industry, James’ clients included SP 500 companies – providing them key Management and staff members for the Finance and Accounting Departments. Without a doubt, numbers have always been a part of James’ repertoire. As a key member of Franklin Financial Group, a long-standing Bay Area Mortgage Loan provider, his role was vital in bringing to the table technology that would be beneficial not only to the company, but to the clients as well. Having exhausted his resources to provide more to his clients and agents and driven by his desire to become a leader in the industry, James cultivated a way to build a team who can perform and develop, to advance a system that addresses the client’s needs, and to structure procedures to meet the changing compliance requirements on a timely basis – thus Milamax.
